Taking charge of one’s life

May 2025, to a mentee at the closure of the six-month long mentorship program
read as follows:

Thank you for the
wonderful discussions we have had over the past few months under the L.E.H
Mentoring program. I hope it was as meaningful for you as it has been for
me.
A few major pointers that
I would like to reinforce:
- It is us who are 100%
responsible always, for the situations that we find ourselves in.
- Each situation and
experience is a tremendous opportunity to evolve.
- Time and Energy are
depleting fast every moment and it is irreversible. Being aware and conscious
of this reality, one has to navigate our life at this very moment.
- Memory (of the past)
and Imagination (of the future) are powerful faculties. But awareness and
consciousness at this very moment are far more critical.
- Your Mind and Body are
your "tools" for your evolution. So "Mind the Mind" and
"care for the body". Use them well. Let them not hamper your
evolutionary journey.
- Your thoughts have
immense power and have the power to manifest. So be careful of what your
thoughts are all about.
- You and the rest of
creation may seem to be different and not inter-connected. The reality is that
you are a part of a singular large connected whole. Recognition of this large
"union" is critical.
- Include every piece of
creation as part of yourself. Respond to situations with this
perspective.
- Every human is a bundle
of "Immense Potential" . Dare to tap into your fullest
potential. Walk like a tiger, Swim like the shark and Fly like an eagle.
- Live Life To The
Maximum!
In addition, I would like
to add the following pointers:
- The
practice of Gratitude enables you to maintain yourself in in a high positive
vibration frequency.
- With
awareness and consciousness, one can strive to maintain oneself in a positive emotional
vibration frequency.
- We
cannot fix yesterday, but we can create tomorrow by the way we manage our state
of BEING at this moment.

Note: The idea of
vibrational frequencies is based on the principle that all matter, including
our thoughts and emotions, is composed of energy. This energy vibrates at
different frequencies, and these vibrations can either harmonize or clash with
one another. For instance, positive emotions such as love, joy, and gratitude
are associated with higher vibrational frequencies, while negative emotions
like fear, anger, and sadness resonate at lower frequencies.
The concept is not just
metaphysical but has roots in quantum physics, where everything is seen as
energy vibrating at different rates. The late Dr. Masaru Emoto‘s work with water crystals is often cited in this context. Emoto’s
experiments suggested that positive words, thoughts, and intentions could
change the structure of water, forming beautiful, symmetrical crystals, while negative words and thoughts led to
disfigured, chaotic structures. Since our bodies are composed of about 70%
water, this research implies that our thoughts can have a profound effect on
our physical well-being.
