In a strategic move, our PM Modi ji has embarked on a strategy to reach out to leaders of a few important nations.

This is to convey our nation’s stand on terror, the many cuts and wounds we have endured over the past so many years by acts of terror, how our patience and approach has been misconstrued by our neighbouring country, why it is high time that our nation took bold and decisive steps, why we will only target terrorist centres primarily, how we will be willing to target military installations as well if the need arise, how we shall minimise impact on civilian population, why we will not desist to use all strangle-holds including waters from the Indus. We will not succumb to nuclear blackmail.

The outreach is not to seek consent or seek help. The outreach is only with an intent to inform.

All this to ensure that our neighbouring nation understands our stand against terror.

साम दाम दंड भेद . We will do whatever it takes, to put this menace of terror down.

Enough is enough!

Senior leaders from across our nation’s political parties have come together as one united force. This in itself is a very positive development.  

As a citizen of this glorious nation, I feel immensely proud of our nation’s leadership and especially our PM Modi.

We demonstrated our willingness to respond to the 22 April Pahalgam incident and not just randomly react.

We took our time and responded decisively. There has been an uneasy calm since the late night of May 10^th, but our neighbouring nation cannot be trusted. They are still spreading many baseless and false narratives in global forums.

They have continued to depend on backing from other powerful nations who have vested interests in this part of the world.

Like a game of chess, moves and counter-moves are being made every day.

I am sure that eventually we will accomplish our nation’s clear objectives as regards the aspect of terror, as regards our nation’s borders, as regards our brethren in Kashmir which is an integral part of our nation. Because we are clearly on the side of dharma.

This is also a message to our other neighbour on the East. Noises from that side too are cause for concern. There too we are developing clear alternatives to checkmate any negative strategies and ambitions that they may harbour.

The US President in the meanwhile is savouring a gift from Qatar! He is a “dealmaker” extraordinaire. Claims to be a broker for peace, be it in this part of the world or between Ukraine and Russia. He seems to be hustling with our neighbour through his family businesses on cryptocurrency deals. The US as a nation has always had an America First strategy. The US may be the largest economy in the world. But their moral compass is all wonky.

If you truly wish to demonstrate global leadership, it has to be based on strong values and with a holistic approach based on uniform inclusivity. Not with plain self-interests.

The next few weeks and months will be interesting as the drama plays out on the global stage.

This is the time for human consciousness to evolve.
