Starting again after a gap of three Sundays!

Missed posting on 23^rd Nov, 30^th Nov and 7^th Dec. Took a brief vacation from posting!

After a gap of 4 weeks, starting again today. As I step into my 3340^th week and towards my 64^th birthday, I reminisce about the 4 weeks gone by.

Train travel (overnight journeys) from Coimbatore to Thiruvananthapuram and back for a wedding function 20-23 Nov 25. Train journey after many years!

A visit to the magnificent Padmanabha Swamy temple at Thiruvananthapuram.

Shopping for great Bolis and mediocre chips at Maha Boli / Maha chips.

A meal at Chef Pillai’s Restaurant in TVM.

Packed a small meal from Aasife Biryani for the return journey.

A surreal experience with a humble comb on the return Train journey.

And some mild health niggles in the two weeks after our return from TVM, a mild fever and cough & cold affliction, possibly triggered by a higher kapha.

Consuming a bitter Kashayam made from a powder mix supplied by Mala (Vikhroli)

A lingering back pain / muscle pull.

Belief in my body’s ability to heal itself. Willing my body to heal itself without any medication.

Closing out Cohort 6 with DST GDC IIT-M as a Co Instructor, with deep tech startup teams like Emitrix, Aegivionix, Drobotics, Dentn, GlareZero etc

Using the Atomsberg chopper to finely chop onions!

Experiments in the kitchen with many new items. Maida dosa and wheat dosas with finely chopped onions, cumin, green chillies etc. A special peanut chutney (to go with fluffy Idlis from Erode Idly Kadai). Baby potatoes with skin in a mildly spiced Indian spice mix. Zucchini and spring onion Szechwan style gravy dish to go with Master Chow’s Udan noodles.

Resubmitting IT returns for FY2425 to factor the LLP Profit offset and claiming IT refunds successfully.

Bingewatching a serial over OTT titled EVIL dealing with exorcisms, demonic infestations etc.

A few great coaching and mentoring sessions with aspiring mentors from Malaysia and China, senior professionals from ABG and Hindustan Times.

A visit to Nana Nani phase 4 to meet Nicky from my IITM days.

Learning about Stevens Johnson syndrome. How the body can attack itself and shed skin, even impacting the retina / cornea, leading the patient to become overly sensitive to glare.

Attended an online session by Neeraja Ganesh on Personal Branding.

A visit to a Tea & Coffee expo @ Codissia on 13 Dec. Learnt about Decaffeination of Tea and Coffee with the SFE process from Spisys Ltd Hyderabad. (https://spisyslimited.com/). Supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) is the process of separating one component (the extractant) from another (the matrix) using supercritical fluids as the extracting solvent. CO₂ is the most common solvent medium. Explored some attractive retail SKU packaging options for pure organic, whole-leaf Orthodox Green and Black tea in pouches and tins.

Urging a young professional to leverage Mentoring.

Living Life To The Maximum and heading to my 64^th birthday on Wednesday this week.
